Torre Umaia is a real estate development consisting of 70 apartments, located in the fastest-growing area of Puebla City: Lomas de Angelópolis. The project is designed to connect with new families seeking a contemporary lifestyle, who value luxury, tranquility, and desire a space that reflects their personality.
The interior design of Torre Umaia is inspired by the Mediterranean, integrating a warm and contrasting color palette that invites peace, harmony, and relaxation. Additionally, this proposal seeks to break away from common trends, offering a distinctive style that reflects character and individuality.
Apartment Layout:
The tower offers 7 different types of apartments, designed to adapt to various lifestyles of those who value the comfort of living in a modern building, with majestic views of the surrounding landscape.
Land Utilization:
The project takes advantage of the site’s rugged topography to develop 3 underground levels, allowing the apartments to have the best possible views.
Technology and Efficiency:
The development was carried out using the BIM (Building Information Modeling) methodology, enabling the efficient integration of various specialties. This resulted in better project coordination, reduced construction errors, and resource optimization, ensuring quality at every stage of the process.
