Curiosity is a quality related to inquisitive thinking such as exploration, investigation, and learning, therefore it became the starting point for this hamburger restaurant that reinterprets the classical American dinners.

The promotion of pleasurable experiences is essential for the fulfillment of transcendental human needs, hence the provocation of pleasure throughout 3 main elements: curiosity, evocation, and contrast, playing with the scales of the elements and exploration from an atypical point of observation.

The narrative begins with the discovery of an abandoned car wash that references to the racing cars that give the name to the restaurant, serving as a hidden portal to a different dimension.

Upon arrival, a space full of color and geometrical patterns is perceived, evoking the imaginary of old burger restaurants, with atemporal design touches. On the other hand, the geometrical circular patterns reference the constant circular geometry found in the ingredients that compose a hamburger.

The red and yellow lamps evoke a traditional vintage dinning bench, although they are distorted into a different plane with the purpose to light and guide the visitor throughout the natural path within the restaurant.

At the exterior yard, the traditional playgrounds found in fast food restaurants are revisited, evoking childhood memoirs but serving as a shade provider that can be observed from a different perspective for the user who can interact and play with this “superfurniture” facilitating a ludic pleasurable and unique experience.
