Lux 319 explores the idea of the specular image for the assumed egocentric user that has become an archetype and likes to share it with his context. The project includes 4 luxury apartments and a private elevator, considering that the users have had plenty of space in their lives, and now they want to enjoy a new phase, keeping only what is most precious to them.

The volumetric exploration surges starting from a fragmented solid with a prominent incision that allows adequate sun lighting and ventilation of the residences, and at the same time, it plays with the idea of taking part indirectly in the lives of the neighbors through the indirect observation that the geometries facilitate.

The contrast between transparency, opacity and reflection, allows a specular mosaic game, that reflects fragments of the life of this small community that observes itself, and can at the same time, observe the surrounding context, allowing diverse possibilities for the peculiar inhabitant that likes to see and to be seen.
