How we work.
Global office
100% Digital
Design and advisory
Local impact
- INNOVATION
- POSITIVE IMPACT
- HUMAN DESIGN
Constant experimentation that seeks to optimize the user experience with purposeful ideas, aware of reality and their contexts. The High performance, and Local innovation Model seeks the expressiveness of the elements through local solutions, which consider the availability of materials and innovate through constant experimentation, working with materials from the site, achieving highly expressive results.
We know that built projects have a strong impact on the communities, which is why we propose our Cafeína Design's Sustainability Model from the creation of the projects, which is based on the sustainable development model that implies a multidisciplinary scope covering Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental and Legal.
We are aware of the creative power of the user as the protagonist of the space, where the user has a role as important as that of the architectural firm in architectural production; Said user will create new spaces through his experience, giving them different meanings from the one proposed by the designer. In this way, we are co-authors of the space together with its users, whom we encourage to express their own motivations.
Cafeína Design's Sustainability Model
A comprehensive approach that serves as a guide for each project,
from an environmental, social and economic perspective.
We implement the BIM methodology in our projects
BIM (Building Information Modeling)
Methodology of creating and managing a digital model and its databases for process improvement.
The traditional 2D methodology does not have enough information that relates the plans with the budgets and with work schedules. It can present inconveniences such as misinterpretation of plans, inconsistencies, duplicate work, delays and even increased costs.
