We know that built projects have a strong impact on the communities, which is why we propose our Cafeína Design's Sustainability Model from the creation of the projects, which is based on the sustainable development model that implies a multidisciplinary scope covering Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Environmental and Legal.

We are aware of the creative power of the user as the protagonist of the space, where the user has a role as important as that of the architectural firm in architectural production; Said user will create new spaces through his experience, giving them different meanings from the one proposed by the designer.
